Waste Removal?

We currently have ID and pay about $62 every quarter. Our biggest complaint is they will only take garbage that is in the cans. Waste Management will take anything. We do fill 2 90 gallon cans on a weekly basis. How much does Waste Management charge for an additional can?

Additional Can

It would be an extra $2.00 per month per household that wanted an additional can.
Waste Removal Vote

Now that the bids are in, what is the next step? I understand the participation requirements, but couldn't the trash removal contract be enforced based on the deed restrictions? They clearly state one trash removal company is to be used throughout the neighborhood? The association doesn't have issues enforcing what can and can't be in your driveway, etc. so why can't they enforce the use of one trash removal company?
