Does anyone know if we need to submit two seperate applications to Design Review Committees - one for Village Association and the other for the Lowry Master Association?? This two association thing is very confusing. Village Associaiton already approved my landscaping design...does Lowry Master Association have to too??

Your right, it is confusing! It does, however, seem to be the wave of the future as more and more communities move into a ''mixed use'' (lots of different kinds of housing types) philosophy. Everyone seems to think that the inconvenience of the confusion is worth having diversity in the area. The rules governing the two associations should be clearly defined in the documents that you obtained from Village Homes. If you can't find them, or are still confused, please call the Village Ambassador, and she will give you the name and telephone number of someone at your management company that can assist you with your needs.
