As you know, we have many vacant homes in our neighborhood. The longer they are vacant, the more they deteriorate and bring down property values for all of us. Let's get involved in getting families for these empty, lonely homes.
Many are foreclosures that can be purchased at a real bargain. Please share your ideas about what we can do.

New Neighbors

Could we generate some interest from Realtors? Make sure they tell their clients about us and the deals they could get here?

YES! Homes can be purchased at a real bargain now. Talk up our neighborhood & tell them that we are taking steps to improve the neighborhood and raise the property values.

Also, there is an opening for a featured realtor on this site. They would have a banner saying they are the neighborhood specialist.

Ask your realtor for listings in the neighborhood and pass them out to friends and family that are planning a move.

Welcome Committee

We can welcome newcomers to the neighborhood as a neighborhood association. This will highlight our involvement in the community and encourage their participation.

Also, expectations will be set. If people know and like their neighbors, they are more likely to care what they think and keep their home looking better. (Keeping up with the Jones's)
