We are looking to partner with communities in S. E. Harris County with their Graffiti Clean up efforts. If anyone knows how I can contact Dr. Teddy Mc David, please let her know that H.C.J.P. D. wants to work with helping to beautifying neighborhoods. We are limited this time to working with neighborhoods in S. E. Harris county, for Graffiti clean up, but we can help with other community service initiatives with 60-days advance notice.
