I noticed all the AT&T and other wifi available hookups the last 2 days showing on my tablet. Yet once again Spectrum leaves their customers without internet, phone, or TV. Plus NO customer service. After driving up to Planet Fitness to reach them via their wifi I was met when logged in to Spectrum with a message chat not available for your area due to outage. I never lost power, but Spectrum YES!
This after two Spectrum trucks passed by me walking yesterday evening. I tried to flag them down to ask if the entire area was out for Spectrum and to get some estimate of when to expect service. Lucky they didn't run over me.
Spectrum simply the WORSE!
