In past years, the common area behind the houses on Shepherds Circle and other streets, has been mowed weekly or bi-weekly. It is the middle of May and the area has not been mowed yet. Is this area going to be mowed, or is this something going forward, that our dues are no longer going to pay for. Also, how can I find out who owns a rental property, as the yard is NOT being mowed by the occupants nor the owner.
