I am sure he could be convinced with the legislative efforts to bring extra resources and a vote might be so arranged like a marriage.

Thanks for posting the stuff on the website of RI spending and the transparency. Not sure of how it works, but with a little study, we ought to guide the legislators in making some of the right decisions on spending and not spendings...$$$$$
