IF THE OWNERS IN RIVER RUN MUST PAY THE COST FOR PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT,  DO YOU THINK THE OWNERS SHOULD HAVE A VOICE IN THE HIRING AND FIRING OF PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT?

Absolutely!!  I think they should take bids and the homeowner's can vote on who gets the contract. 

Well DUH!  This association, the management company, and the hired attorney are moron's and it is not worth my time and effort trying to change them.  You can't fix stupid!  We are simply moving out ASAP.
