How do rsidential blocks combat the current onslaught of private and unlicensed Parking Lots?
The city of New York has seemed to have lost the power to enforce the law when it comes to certain investors.
As on the upper east side on 126th and Park avenue, where a parking lot has opened on a residential street without any enforcement from the City of New york. What can we do?
