Why is our playground suddenly over-run with people from all over the neighborhood, some mothers with 6 and 8 children? And now we have outside basketball teams hogging the court so no one else can use it. I thought the playground and basketball court was for Manhattan Plaza residents! Who are these people? Is Manhattan Plaza Security just letting them in or are they being signed in, checked in or what?
