Just wondering if anyone else in Manhattan Plaza has had as many problems as I'm having getting a heating unit that works. After my old one broke down and was replaced about a month ago, it started blowing nothing but cold air at night. I had the repairman ''fix it'' last week, and it was sort of working -- warm air was coming out, but nothing I'd define as real heat. Then yesterday, on Thanksgiving, no sign of warm air anymore at all -- just cool. I'm now in the midst of a 4-day freezing cold weekend with no heat. Again.
There must be others who have experienced this. Any other tales of heating unit woes? I'd like to hear from other MP tenants who have experienced this and what they ultimately did about it to get results, other than hounding the Maintenance Department. But mainly I guess I'm just venting my frustration, hoping that the higher ups in MP management will somehow hear my plea. Maybe it's about time we got NEW heating units that actually WORK, and don't break down every five minutes. Thanks!
