According to the posted deed restrictions, the fence must be constructed of wood.  Unless there has been a change to the restrictions.....

All fences MUST be split rail.  You guys are correct, the deed restrictions says WOOD.  It is  my mistake.  The board will be placing an change to that restrictions when we vote in February.  We will be requesting other materials that are longer lasting and better looking.

So does this mean we have to wait till February to get the fence if we want the white vinyl? Also do we have to get approval for a fence?

Yes, you have to wait until Feb. if you want the white vinyl.
