If the board is considering putting a change to fencing material up for vote in Feb, may I suggest also putting up for vote allowing 6 ft privacy fencing instead of only split rail. I have lived in CA in some very nice developments and even though the homes were much closer together that here, I had more privacy in my back yard due to the type of fencing that was allowed ( i.e wood or brick). |
