FYI - Please see the new document added to "Pages & Links" regarding the Mansion Farm Maintenance Corporation agreement with Waste Industries regarding cost of trash/recycle pick-up.

I don't understand that letter is from 2011.

I know I pay 73.05 now and that is with all discounts. So what does thar post mean?

Please explain.

Waste Industries raised their price $3 a quarter, on my June bill.  I now pay $75, less $4.50 sr discount, $70.50  fyi...

I just spoke to Waste Industries today.  They said our community discount is no longer valid.  It should be revalidated each year.  The customer service representative did give me a discount to $66 from $75.  

Would the Board be willing to revalidate our community discount?  Otherwise, I'll take my business to another trash company that only charges $58 per quarter.
