*Fort Wayne city trucks plow neighborhoods when a snowfall is 3 inches or more. Generally 48 hours after the snowfall ends and priority 1 and 2 streets are safe.
*To aid residents, we have contracted plowing services at a 2 inch snowfall and salting of the 6 entrances when needed.
*Driveways continue to be the homeowners responsibility.
Homeowners have the option of staking to assist with plowing.
*Weighted snow at the end of driveways can be heavy; ask a neighbor if you need help - offer to help a neighbor in need.
