The next step is to unify the Community Covenants because we have 5 sections in the Association and they all have slightly different legal documents. Add to that the incorporation into Fort Wayne City and some of the covenants are covered by Fort Wayne codes and some are contradicted by those same codes.
Your input is exactly what we need as we start working on the Covenants for the Maplewood Community Association.
In the interim, there is a Fort Wayne noise ordinance that would address the lack of quiet late at night near you.
