I may be purchasing a home in your neighborhood in the coming weeks and was hoping you could tell me if your association allows fire pits in back yards.

Sorry for the delay in answering.  We are under the Fort Wayne City Code for outdoor fires.  This link will give you the particulars so you can make a considered decision about fire pits.  Thank you for your interest!

Thanks for the info. I actually WILL be moving in soon. Close on a home in mid-June. Just want to make sure I'm following all the policies/procedures and looking forward to a great relationship with my new neighbors!
