This is a map of the Mar Vista Community Council with green boundaries and a red star marking the meeting location.

These should help with understanding the map.

South of S.M. Frwy between Centinela and the S.D.Frwy and South of National Blvd between the S.D.Frwy and Overland....North of the Culver City boarder between the S.D.Frwy and Zanja St/Walgrove Av and North of Charnock Rd between Overland and the S.D.Frwy....
West of the S.D.Frwy between the S.M.Frwy and National Blvd and West of Overland between National and Charnock....
East of Centinela between Airport Av and the S.M. Frwy and East of Walgrove Av between Zanja St and the Santa Monica border.

You may be. You qualify as a Stakeholder if you work or own property in the MVCC area . The current version of the Bylaws exclude all but residents, the gainfully employed or owners of Real Property in the MVCC area from Stakeholder status.
