Telephone Scam

Telephone Scam from
Caller claims subscriber of the phone, has won a cash prize from a lottery entered "some time ago"
Caller requests the subscriber to send a "Money Order to Montreal Canada" as good faith deposit, to ascertain the victim is the rightful winner.

The words "Money Order to Montreal Canada" indicates the call is a fraud.

This is a scam being worked currently in the Pacific Community Police Station Area primarily on the elderly. The last victim, an elderly man, lost $900.
