Community Prevails
As a result of pressure exerted by the residents in the immediate neighborhood of the proposed installation and the support of the Ven-Mar Neighborhood Association, the Church advised the Hearing Officer of its wish to withdraw its approval of the project. The hearing officer then rejected the Application. No appeal has been filed so far.
