Well Gunny, you either work for the HOA or are lucky not to have trash living next to you so you are blind to what others are going through.
If you do work for the HOA, I want to tell you how professional it is to call the people that pay your salary, whiners and snivelers. Learn how to manage.
Maybe if you/they would write violations equally and have a pair of balls big enough to go after real issues, not just the SS driving around in her little Dodge looking for trash can issues, people would "snivel" a little less.
If you or your wife don't work for the HOA, why do you care?
