Yes, When I called the tree trimers (Ortiz, I believe is thier name) and they came to look at my dead trees.. they shrugged thier shoulders, and offered to cut them down for the same price. I, however, had paid them for a YEAR of tree service (4 feedings in a year) and i was NOT reimbursed or even offered to be reimbursed for the 3 ''feedings'' i DIDNT get. Sorry, Jimmy. but I think this contractor is a ''rip'', too.

Alma, in response to your e-mail, i) Yes, I know and have work with this landscaping company from the initial start of the tree trimming project. ii) I plan to meet with the owner on Saturday, February 24th to discuss these issues. I'm very disappointed and concern about these complaints and totally agree not to pass their name along to others unless same issues have been taken care of. Will keep you posted as development warrant.

3 Families? - Update

Alma, it's 2 Families, not 3. As articulated in my 22 February 01 discussion page, I met with Mrs. Ortiz, Owner of Ortiz Tree Trimming, wherein we discussed the 2 Families(Coelho & Crawford) complaints. As always, there are two side to every story. I'm not a Judge or Arbitrator, but one, along with Mrs. Ortiz, who would like to see this situation straighted out for the benefit of our Neighbors. Mrs. Ortiz told me she would contact both Ms. Coelho and Mr. Crawford and discussed these complaints and try to work out a satisfactory solutions. She said she would keep me informed. Likewise, Alma, I've keep you posted. Thank You!!
