It was suggested that we revisit the previous post about maintnenace of our air conditioning system.
I bring this to your attention because we have had several incidences where water has leaked to units below due to a leak in the A/C system above. And this is usually due to a clogged up drain system which should be flushed out periodically.
I it not a difficult procedure to do but one that would save trouble later on for us and our neighbors.
