Marquis Downs Condos at Bulle Rock

Now that the new rules have been passed requiring us to use a third party company to perform credit and criminal background checks as well as contact references for tenants, can anyone tell me the name of some companies that provide this service?  I have used a service called Transunion Smartmove in the past and they do a great job with the credit and criminal background checks but they don't contact references.
