Marquis Downs Condos at Bulle Rock

Dear Fellow Marquis Downs Condo Owners,

 

 

 

The site plan for the Bulle Rock community includes a connecting road, Zachman Way, 

between the Blenheim Farm Road and Bulle Rock Parkway sides. There are a group of 

us that feel that the connector is crucial to our identity as a single community.

 

 

 

According to the developer, construction of the connector has been delayed now for 

4yrs due to the lagging sales in the community. Our group consists of representatives 

on the Bulle Rock Advisory Group. We are leading an effort to petition the developer to 

complete Zachman Way now. We fear that the continued delay is dividing us as a 

community, and that without objection, the developer may leave without completing the 

connecting road.

 

 

 

Are you in support of our efforts? The connector, like any other road in the development,  

is funded by the developer. There is no additional expense to us. Please post your 

opinion.

We were told the reason there wasn't a guard station at the Blenheim entrance is because it was intended for residents only and that with the Zachman Way connector all deliveries and visitors would go through the guarded entrance at Bulle Rock Parkway then cross over Zachman to reach the golf course side.  This way there would be tracking of non-residents entering the development to provide better security.  I am in favor of Zachman Way being built ASAP!
