It has been brought to my attention that there has been a increased number of large dump trucks, heavy equipment trucks, etc that are using our Secretariat Road as ingress and egress to the new construction sites on Snow Chief Drive.
Once before, we requested that this traffic use other routes as it is loud and is causing wear and tear to the road. We, ultimately, will have to repair and repave once the "dust settles" literally.
A call to Zalco (Harvey Hoffman) resulted in a very apathetic "I don't know if there is anything that we can do about that" response.
I suggest that if you are as disturbed as others about this, call Harvey at 410-942-1491and tell him. Perhaps there will be power in numbers and it will stop.
