Hello, just wanted to know if anyone else is using this page. Seems like a good idea. Here is a question. What can be done about vacant rental property where the landlord is not cutting the grass, etc. I have filed several complaints with MetroCall to no avail. I think they quite listening to me.

I am here Paul! I think you are right. This would be a good forum for that. I am closing on my new home in the neighborhood today. I am all about making it a better place to live. If there is anything I can do to help...just let me know.

Hi Paul! I just started checking this site and I think this post is kind of old but I wondered if the problem got taken care of? The Germantown neighborhood association is having a big meeting on August 20 to discuss just these types of issues. The department of neighborhoods is coming to workshop with us to find out what our priorities are. We need residents to come and say what it is they like about their neighborhood and also what are the problems. The meeting is being held on Monday 8/20 at 1094 E. Kentucky St. (the neighborhood center). It would be great if you could come! Its going on between 6-9pm and we will provide refreshments!
