Maverick Creek HOA

We are new homeowners are disappointed to find many people in the neighborhood who have renters that are disruptive and borderline threatening. These are not UTSA students. Has anyone else been or felt threated in the neighborhood? Have you seen any of the security people the HOA has employed to patrol from time to time? We have called the police and informed the HOA but neither has drawn a reaction.
