Mayfair Neighbors, Inc.

This site is the only true eyesore in our neighborhood. The rental housing in the white buildings is clearly an interim use ( I hope). The vacant lot is destined for redevelopment but so far there doesn't seem to be any activity. Neither property enhances Mayfair property values like the redevelopment south of the park did. I am certain that the property's owner would be responsive to neighborhood concerns regarding weed growth, trash dumping and on street car repair. What do youknow about the site and its owners?
