Did you know that the Association:

1.Maintains the 1/4 mile of fencing along Hempstead Road.
2. moves the grass along the fence.
3. maintaines the entrances and has the long term goal of improving their appearances.
4. publishes newsletters and a neighborhood directory.
5. sponsors a Neighborhood Watch Committee.
6. provides entrance Christmas decorations.
7. reviews exterior modifications for compliance to the existing deed restrictions and convenants.
8. has one standing committee that you are invited to join: Landscaping

Associations Dues

You are cordially invited to join our Association and support our activities. There is a one-time $20.00 initiation fee and yearly dues of $50.00.

Purpose of this Asociation

Promote community welfare and civic intererst.
Provide an organization for community action.
Insure adherence to and compliance with existing
deed restrictions and covenants.
Conduct all other lawful business.
Serve its members as a non-profit corporation.
