Deed Restrictions, Covenants and Guidelines

Most common questions asked?

Are recreational vehicles (boats, camper,seadoos,trailers and etc.) allowed in McDot Farms? No. They are not allowed to be parked or stored on your property unless they are kept entirely inside your garage at all times.

Are sheds allowed in McDot Farms? Only if they are built to look exactly like your home and is no more than 10 feet from your home.

Are fences allowed to be put on the property? No non-wood fencing shall be approved. No fencing over 4 feet or stockade type will be approved.
