We do not have any jurisdiction on any homes that are rented, except when Violations occur. Then we contact the owner regarding the matter and fines are incurred until it is taken care of. If renters are stealing out of a home they are renting, that has nothing to do with Board or Pinnacle Management. If you or someone saw these renters moving out with a tub, then 911 should of been called immediately.
The big problem we see with Homeowners renting their homes is that they are not doing background checks on people before they rent it. There are many websites a person can go to and check once they have the info. Because of this, we as a Community suffer the consequences of irresponsible Owners by renting their homes to possible questionable tenants. It does not cost alot and it is a fairly simple procedure.
In the meantime, everyone needs to keep their eyes and ears open to anything suspicious and alert 911. If it is an on-going thing, call Pinnacle Management and speak to Brooks and let him know the problem. It might be something that the Owner would have to be contacted about.
