I received a visit from a Northstar Home Security representative named Dean, on Monday, 5.25.09. I was wondering if anyone else in the neighborhood had also. My reason for asking is that Dean was unable to give me his business card or any pamphlets that I could look over. This, to me, was unusual since he was trying to sell me a contract. Please respond if any one else had the same experience as I did or if you had purchased a contract with Northstar.

I got a visit from a Northstar rep and few months ago. His name was Chris. During the visit Chris was able to give me all the pamphlets about the system and the company. We ended up signing a contract with Northstar. So far so good! Seems odd to me that a rep would come to your door without any info. I would contact Northstar and ask if they have a rep in our area with that name. |
