I would like to find out what the Meadow Village HOA Rules are on fencing front yard property and solar panels.
1. I need to fence my front yard in
A: to keep other people's dogs from shitting all over my lawn which I have to pick up
B: to stop wasting money on flea, tick, and ant controll
C: to keep my lawn from being over run by neighbor's weeds and trampled by those who have no respect for private property or understand bounderies. I'm talking about motorcycles driven by adults cutting across my driveway if i don't block it and my lawn.
I have my own pets that i care for and If they happen to get onto someone else's property and poop I know I have to pick it up and train it not to go onto other people's property. Am I expecting too much here? Are Public Health Ordinances in San Antonio Texas Enforced?
