Good morning. We are going to be putting our home on the market in a couple of months and I have a problem. I live at 2530 w. fanbrook. I am appalled that you would allow 2560 w. fanbrook to grow the crop of weeds in his front yard, side yard and who knows what’s in the back. The garage door is always open part way and bags of trash are quite visible from the road. There is nothing you can do about the broken blinds in the window but this turning a blind eye to a yard full of weeds is absurd. We have gotten a letter in the past for five or six weeds, our previous neighbor across the street got a letter to freshen her rocks for gods sake. Please enforce the rules indiscriminately. What are we paying dues for; if we can’t at least expect everyone to be held accountable to the same standards?
Additionally nothing has changed with the parking; except now with the basketball hoop guys from outside the neighborhood are parking up and down that street because its too much trouble to parking in the designated area. Too much to ask for you to pursue with the officials at the very least a DO NOT PARK sign on the park side of the road right?!
I would much appreciate your attention to my concerns; I would send you a picture of my concerns but as I understand you are supposed to be driving around looking. Right?
