Architectural Control Committee

A resolution for formal signature to convey the Architectural Control Committee functions to the Class ?“A?” members with respect to improvements on completed homes. This function will transfer to the Class ?“A?” as soon as this resolution is signed and adopted.?  With this accomplishment you can except a faster turn around time on your request for changes and improvements. Until we get a Committee to take control and run the ACC, your Board of Directors and Association Manager will supply the necessary assistance.

We have also made some minor changers to the old ACC form to make it a little easier to fill out for your convenience. Please take the time to review the form and Article 2 of the Declaration of Protective Covenants prior to making any changers to your property.
Help make it easier for everyone to deal with these laws that we all signed at closing. Renters and Leasers are not permitted to make any changes to the property without the permission of the Class ?“A?” homeowners.
