From Sgt Moug LPD - be aware of imposters trying to 'con' their way into homes - check your email for more details

There has been a rash of incidents in the metropolitan area where individuals have been posing as government employees to gain entrance into homes.  Once inside they distract the homeowners and then steal valuables.  If someone comes to your door - ask for ID. If any questions call the Livonia Police 734 466 2470.  Pass this information along to senior citizens who are often targeted.
