The Meadowridge Estates Homeowners' Association exists to conduct business on behalf of the residents of Meadowridge Estates and to ensure that a safe, attractive and pleasant living environment is maintained for the benefit of all.
The Meadowridge Estates Homeowners' Association Executive Board has the primary responsibility of the governance of the Association. The Executive Board meets the first Thursday of each month at 7:00PM in the home of one of the members. All residents may attend these open meetings. A General Meeting of all residents is conducted once a year in September. These meetings are advertised in the newsletter and with a flyer.
Elections are held yearly at the annual General Meeting. The offices of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer are elected for a one-year term. Additionally, there are 9 "street" Representatives; these Representatives serve a 3-year term.
