Credit adjustment
Just got my bill and received a $42.83 credit. We are retired and usually see the meter reader. He comes the very last of the month, usually in the mornings, and is very nice.

Credit
My credit is $17.24. Since the credit is based on usage, I suspect mine will be less than others because I have a programable thermostat the limits the usage while I am at work and late at night.

MLGW bills
I got my bill today and had a $42.46 gas credit. One credit on one bill is hardly fair after they overcharged me at least $200 for natural gas back in the winter. I am sure they will get it all back by overcharging for the electricity.

Estimated bills
Anytime you have an estimated bill you should call and DEMAND that your meter be read correctly. I went thru that last year when they estimated my bill for 3 months in a row claiming they could not get into my yard. My dogs are INSIDE during the day and I even have a note inside a ziplock bag on my electric meter to let the reader know its okay and my gate is not locked.
I still think half the time they drive down the street and make up numbers or average from actually looking at a few.
