you will see spaces for the address. Type that in, and it will give you the owners name and address.

I think the nationality is very important. If you notice any house that has 6 or more car, check out the nationality,(Spanish) they will eventually destroy this area like they have other parts of the city.

To obtain a copy of the convenants, type the address at the county register office and get the contract on the property the convenant is a part of the contract.

In my opinion it does not matter if they are Hispanic or any other race or nationality. Houses in this area are single family homes. 3 bedrooms and a bath and a half was not built with 12 people in mind. Not in 1300 sq feet.
The restriction on the recorded plat of this subdivision states that all residential dwellings will be single family. I dont know how to enforce it.
