Does the loud music at Hopewell & Helene bother anyone but me?

I assume that it's one particular neighbor with the loud music. Have you spoken to the other neighbors about it? What do they think?

call the police department when they are playing the music, non-emergency 545-cops(2677).
if the noise is loud enough to disturb neighbors regardless of hour, police will warn the residents. this is not just for night time only, you have a right to peace at your residence.

My point for asking my question about the other neighbors was that there are power in numbers. The police can be about as responsive as a rock, but if several neighbors call, they'll get tired of the phone calls and will take action quicker. I understand folks enjoying themselves and try to be tolerable, but I agree...you have a basic right to peace at your own home. Band together with your other neighbors, and good luck.
