RATS

While working in my yard this weekend I spotted 2 live rats. I alerted my neighbor behind me. I plan to call the city tomorrow. Be on the lookout.

Rats

We have caught 2 in the past week.
Luckily they were outside.
Please try to avoid using rat poison when trying to get rid of rat problems.
Dogs eat rats and will dry up and die if they eat a poisoned rat.
Also, poisoned rats could get into your attic and die and really make the place smell awful.
Use neck breakers instead.

nasty nasty RATS!!!!

Our backyard has become infested with rats this summer! Our dogs have killed one and mortally wounded another! (good doggies!!) I think that guy hit the nail on the head about the rats coming from the construction at White Station C.O.C. on Colonial. Disturbing the sewers has brought them to us. Let's not feed the birds for a while, and keep our pet food inside the house.

Please don't poison them, either. Pets have a knack for finding and eating it no matter how well you hide it. Ingestion causes internal bleeding and ultimately death if it's not treated soon enough. Trap 'em if you can, or just ignore them...they will find their furry little way back to the sewers.

And don't walk outside barefooted...they're brave!! : ) eek!!

3 rats

3 rats spotted by us over here on Dee so far. My dog had a flat dead one in his mouth this morning in the backyard. I am going to call the city and see what else we can do. We have dogs, so it's going to be a problem. Any ideas?
