I am a resident of Davieshire drive. At the end of my property line there is a white fence. It is in the very back of my yard. Behind me, is the site of which the new homes will be built. I am wondering what i can do about my fence. It is falling apart and i am unsure of what i can do with it. When i moved in, the fence was pre- existing so im under the impression it belongs to the Davies family. Does anyone know what i can do?As in , am i allowed to replace, repair, etc.
