Garbage

I don't think they are doing a good job when they continue to leave the street in a mess. After all we pay $19.00 a month for this service. When you hire someone to do a job, they should do it the way you want it done.
They are not doing you a favor, picking up your garbage, it could be done a lot cheaper in the private sector, and better. And this recycle mess is just that a mess, cost a lot of money for the return we get, and has the city paid you anything for doing there job.

Sorry! but recycling is not a must! I don't want you recycled mess on my streets. If recycling was all that important in Memphis then why is the city losing money on the program.
