THESE TWO HAVE A POOL. I FEEL SURE THAT THE POOL IS NOT KEPT CLEAN. (IF THEY CANNOT PAY FOR UTILITIES HOW CAN THEY RUN A PUMP OR BUY THE PROPER CHEMICALS) DOES ANYONE THAT LIVES CLOSE ENOUGH TO SEE KNOW IF THEY ARE BREEDING MOSQUITOS?
