I been reading this site

I agree 100% that ''Colonial Acres'' is the next ''High Point Terrace'' area of Memphis and the article was well done.
The writer mainly talked about the ranch style houses in our area but we are far more varied than that over here.
If the writer had her numbers right and we should expect $75-$80 a square foot I got a GREAT deal !!
