I have heard reports of people seeing rats and mice on almost every street South of Quince. I dont know why so many seem to be around. I am not buying that ''its a long dry summer'' to explain the sudden rise in rodents in the area.
They are looking for shelter, food and water. PLEASE pick up after your pets and dont leave any food or water outside for rodents.

Rats

I live in the Blue B zone. I have caught 7 rats using live traps in the last 10 days. This is the first year I have had ANY rats in my back yard.

Stuff around all your pipes coming thru the wall under your sinks and around your washing machine drain with steel wool. Make sure nothing can get into your dryer or chimney vent.
