Could you please tell whoever delivers the newsletters that they DO NOT have the authority to put anything in my mailbox. This is a federal offense and is not appreciated.

My newsletter was placed in my storm door and I want to thank the VOLUNTEERS who used their own time to deliver the newsletter so that the neighbors on my block (who may not have internet access) could be informed of what is happening in the neighborhood.
