Call the police and let them know, if the car is not working they will tow it , but if the car set there all the time they also will have it moved.
The street are the police responsiblity. Property is code enforcement.

I read your post about the owners being due in court. What about that older big white car ''for sale'' that was backed in the driveway.

These two live by their own rules, and codes and laws have no meaning to them. The police will do nothing. Code enforcement did come out at first, and a boat was removed from the front yard. Since then, nothing. The generator runs non-stop and the cars do not move, the junk piles up. The owner of the house, elderly, lives in Southaven with her daughter, who is also the mother of one of the occupants of the house.

Would it help to give the police and code enforcement the name and address of the owner and her daughter?
