The parking situation has been a topic of discussion at the past two board meetings and will continue at the May meeting.  What do you think would be the best and fairest way to solve this problem?

Modify the House Rules to allow only one vehicle per unit to park in the common area parking at a time.

Distribute one parking permit (hang tag) to each unit that must be displayed in any vehicle parked in the common area - except guests.

 Install 4 more parking stalls so each unit has an assigned space.
